Hope Recovery Clinic is an out-of-network provider.

Please contact your insurance provider to determine your policy coverage:

  • Are out-of-network providers covered?
  • Do you have a deductible to meet?
  • How many sessions are covered?
  • What is your co-pay?

    • Full payment is required at the time of your visit by cash or credit card. You will be given a receipt to submit to your insurance provider, who will reimburse you directly.

    You may request consideration for a Sliding Fee Scale rate if you do not have insurance coverage. We request your total annual gross household income to calculate your reduced rate.
